To qualify you must:
- Accept and sign for delivery on the first attempt.
- Acclimate according to our acclimation procedures.
- Contact us within 12 hours of delivery with any issues.
- In the event of a loss, return the specimen to us.
As long as the above conditions are met, we will ship you a replacement
at no charge.
